Arielle achieved her level-2 certification in wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
She has followed a pescetarian diet for over 18 years and loves to challenge herself to turn traditionally meat-based meals plant-based.
Arielle has a collection of nearly 100 cookbooks. In 2021, she accomplished her New Year's resolution to cook through one and write about her experience in Prevention Magazine.

Arielle is a writer and editor with expertise in food, beverage, health, and other lifestyle topics. She was most recently the senior digital editor at Wine Enthusiast where she wrote, reported, and edited stories about beverage, food, and travel before going freelance. She previously worked as the associate editor at Prevention Magazine, writing articles about food, nutrition, lifestyle, home, and health. Arielle also managed The Vitamin Shoppe's social media accounts and lifestyle blog. Before that, she had the opportunity to participate in Time Inc.'s post-graduate fellowship program where she wrote about food and cooking and helped develop recipes in their test kitchen.

Education

Arielle graduated from American University with a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in health promotion.
