Mike's Hard Palmers
Travel Channel's Adam Richman makes the classic Arnold Palmer even more delicious by adding booze-in the form of Mike's Hard Lemonade.

Ingredients
- Two 11.2-fluid ounce bottles Mike's Hard Lemonade
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Iced tea, for serving
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- In a blender, combine the bottles of Mike's Hard Original Lemonade, marmalade and vanilla extract, and purée until smooth. Pour into 1-ounce ice cube trays and transfer to the freezer until solid, 4 hours. You should have 30 ice cubes.
- Divide the ice cubes between 6 glasses and top with iced tea. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
