Ingredients
- 1 handful arugula
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 bar spoons lime marmalade
- 1½ ounces Bacardi Superior White rum
- ½ ounce yellow Chartreuse
- Ice
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the arugula with the lemon juice and marmalade. Add the remaining ingredients, fill the shaker with ice then shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a sprig of arugula and serve.
