The Afinidad cocktail

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce Wahaka Espadín Joven mezcal
- 1 ounce Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 1 ounce Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the mezcal, the vermouths and the bitters. Stir until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lemon twist.
