Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cocchi Barolo Chinato
  • ½ ounce Cadenhead's Old Raj Gin
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • Ice
  • 1 grapefruit peel
  • 1 orange peel

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the Barolo Chinato, gin and Campari. Stir clockwise 25 times, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish by squeezing the grapefruit and orange peels over the surface of the drink to express the oils. Place both peels into the glass vertically and serve.
