This cocktail from Prime Meats relies on the purple-stained damson plum liqueur, Averell.

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ½ ounces Averell Damson Gin
- 1 ounce Punt e Mes
- ¼ ounce Cointreau
- 1 bottle Underberg bitters
- Orange twist
Directions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, Punt e Mes, Cointreau and Underberg. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
