Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce gin (preferably Oxley)
- 1 ounce fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounce St-Germain
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- 3 ounces dry sparkling wine
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, juice, St-Germain and bitters and shake lightly. Top off with the sparkling wine. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or Champagne flute and serve.
