Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Carpano Antica vermouth
  • 1 ounce Bonal Gentiane-Quina (available at Astor Wines & Spirits)
  • 1 ounce rye (preferably Wild Turkey)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Brandied cherry, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with the cherry and serve.
