Ingredients

• 2 ounces Cynar
• ¾ ounce Punt y Mes
• 15 drops fresh lemon juice
• 6 dashes orange bitters
• 2 small pinches salt
• Ice
• Long strip of lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

1. In a mixing glass, stir together the Cynar, Punt y Mes, lemon juice, bitters and salt until the salt is dissolved. Pour over ice in a rocks glass, add the lemon peel and serve.
