Kyusu Sour
Kyusu Sour adapted from Japanese Cocktails

Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces sweet potato shochu
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce aloe vera juice
- 4 ounces club soda
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the shochu, pineapple juice and aloe vera juice. Shake well and strain into a tall, ice-filled glass. Top with club soda, garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
