Ingredients

  • Small handful of wild arugula
  • ¾ ounce agave syrup
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces gin, preferably Hendrick's
  • Ice

Optional Ingredients

  • Micro arugula, for garnish (optional; available at local farmers' market)

Directions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the wild arugula with the agave and lime juice. Add the gin and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and serve. Garnish with micro arugula.
