Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ½ ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
- 1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
- 1 teaspoon Cointreau
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Soda water
- Mint sprig and pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, sweet vermouth, Cointreau, Angostura, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
