The 70-person dinner is, appropriately, a celebration of all things burger. Choose from the famous Truffle Burger, made with roasted garlic aioli and house-truffled cheese; the Hatch Burger, hot with roasted green chiles; and the Manly Burger, piled high with beer-cheddar cheese, smoked-salt onion rings and bacon lardons. Leave room for family-style sides, like thin fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings.
What pairs best with umami-rich Umami burgers? Unlimited pours of Belgian beer and crisp cider, of course. Because no dinner is complete without dessert, there will be sweets from Cake Monkey Bakery and ice cream sandwiches from CoolHaus.
