La Brea Bakery is kicking off the Breaking Bread Tour, a coast-to-coast celebration of making bread the artisanal way, including inspired pairings and parties at local restaurants and farmers' markets.
Join them in Seattle on Thursday, August 13, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. They'll be parking at The Coterie Room for a cocktail party featuring their fluffy, light-as-air loaves. Buy your tickets now ($25 a person) to unwind with unlimited, highly sippable libations and canapés all evening long.

• Salmon and mascarpone crostini on slices of La Brea Bakery French Baguettes dotted with fried capers
• White peach salad tossed with beets and La Brea Bakery Whole Grain breadcrumbs
• Pork rillette with mustard, cabbage and plum on warm La Brea Bakery Stuffing Bread
• Classic Aviation cocktail made with floral crème de violette, maraschino liqueur and gin
