Video: How To Make 2-Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Truffles
Get the ball rolling on these no-bake Oreo truffles
Stressed is desserts spelled backward-but there's no need to feel pressured over dessert the next time you're hosting friends.
Skip the effort of a giant layer cake and go for these simple bite-size chocolate truffles instead. Place one 14.3-ounce package of Oreo® cookies in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs. Reserve one cup of crumbs (you'll need them later) and mix in one eight-ounce package of softened cream cheese until a gooey dough forms. Once it's mixed, tear off small bits of the dough and roll them into one-inch balls; you'll get about 30. Roll or toss them in the leftover cookie crumbs, then pop them into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
Now all you have to do is set out a pitcher of milk and pass around your chocolaty creations.
