Video: Watch Mimi Cheng's Dumplings Get Made

Mimi Cheng's Dumplings in NYC's East Village knows the value of teamwork. While the restaurant is best known for its heirloom dumpling recipes, the Cheng sisters are becoming equally renowned for their collaborations with some of the city's best restaurants, including Emily, Mile End and By Chloe.

For July, the Cheng sisters are cooking up dumplings inspired by Black Tap's Greg Norman burger, featuring a blend of dry-aged beef, caramelized onions and blue cheese. They're topped with a house-made buttermilk-dill dressing that will leave no bite unsauced—or left on the plate.
