David Chang Makes Chloe Kim A Sandwich
Definitely beats the Olympian's famously abandoned breakfast sando
Chloe Kim: gold medal Olympian but, more importantly, the teenager giving a voice—or Twitter account—to our appetite's subconscious.

Though her breakfast sandwich will be added to the list of history's biggest unfinished projects, the 17-year-old snowboarder got something even better: a sandwich made by none other than David Chang.
After becoming the youngest halfpipe gold medalist, Kim was awarded with not just a medallion but also a churro ice cream sandwich made by the Olympic food correspondent. According to Chang, it was in honor of some of her greatest loves, "churros, sandwiches and ice cream."
Should you not have a Michelin-starred chef hand-deliver you dessert, Chang says the snack can be made using pizza dough (which they found in the cafeteria) that's deep-fried then stuffed with ice cream and dusted in cinnamon sugar.
