Au Cheval Pastrami Burger

Today and tomorrow, NYC's Katz's Deli is heading to the Midwest, pastrami in tow, for a collaboration with Chicago's favorite burger spot, Au Cheval.

Together they're unveiling the Au Cheval Katz's Burger, a double-pattied behemoth topped with a generous pile of the deli's legendary pastrami, plus sharp American cheese, minced red onion, kosher-style dill pickles and a mustard-mayo spread. And since you're probably not counting calories at this point, you can opt for a fried egg topper.

If you don't have time to stand in line this week, Katz's ships its smoked beef nationwide, so there's nothing stopping you from recreating this meat sweats-inducing meal at home.
