Hiro Sone and Lissa Doumani have opened Bar Terra, a more casual spot adjacent to their Napa fine-dining restaurant Terra. The eclectic menu–which includes a sizeable "snack" section–includes bacalao croquettes, charcuterie and larger plates such as tripe stew with Rancho Gordo beans.
