Former Spotted Pig head chef Nate Smith has opened this Prospect Heights spot serving La Frieda burgers and pork-cheek sloppy joes. Sweets, such as bourbon-apple pie, and muffins in the morning are courtesy of Smith's wife, Sophie Kamin, a Four & Twenty Blackbirds alum.
