Beginning on Mon. and continuing every Sun. throughout March, Luce chef Daniel Corey will be joined in the kitchen by a different CCA student, who will design and execute a special menu. The students will be judged, and the winner will accompany Corey to New York to cook a dinner at the James Beard House.
