We usually focus on the soup here, namely the boat noodles, but the jade noodles served here are also an excellent dish. The cold, green noodles are accompanied by bright-red pork, crab, rich roast duck and various spicy, crunchy garnishes. Mixed together with a glug of fish sauce, it's a perfect, cool lunch.
