La Cevicheria

If you thought Ricardo Zarate had the ceviche market south of Downtown on lock, think again; La Cevicheria has an exemplary Peruvian version of the dish and so much more. The bloody clams are indeed epic, but do stray from the bleeding bivalves favored by Jonathan Gold and others, as there's plenty of other citrus-marinated seafood joys to experience here.
