After years serving what many call Berkeley's best pizza, the husband-and-wife team behind Gioia, who met as cooks at Oliveto, have opened a second restaurant in Russian Hill. There's pizza, but also pasta and, at lunch, sandwiches like chicken Parm and Italian heroes.
