The Italian restaurant at the Delano Hotel is now serving brunch ($55 per person; $25 for 12 and under). Lounge on the tropical patio and select from Bloody Mary oyster shooters, caviar, charcuterie, pasta, a carving station, an omelet station, a Belgian waffle bar and a dessert buffet. Umi Sushi & Sake Bar at the hotel supplies sushi and sashimi. Brunch includes one complimentary Bellini or Bella cocktail and reduced valet ($8).
