Central Kitchen's Italian delicatessen opens today, serving sandwiches, salads and, yes, salumi. Chef Matthew Sigler's opening menu includes pork rillettes, mackerel en saor, and a sandwich of spit-roasted beef with Estero Gold fonduta.
