Mo-Chica

The down-home style of Mo-Chica's Mercado la Paloma location is a thing of the past, but chef Ricardo Zarate's cooking is still as sharp as ever at the new 7th Street location. We particularly enjoyed the pork belly served over a stew of chuño, the traditional "freeze dried" Andean potatoes.
