Udupi Palace

Udupi Palace is justly known for its masala dosas, papery rice- and lentil-crepes stuffed with spiced potatoes. But we usually order a lacy rava (semolina) dosa and a South Indian thali, with its almost innumerable collection of small bowls to sample from.
