This strip-mall gem in Sunny Isles is a dim sum paradise worth a trip. Carts serve lunch on weekends, but items from the lengthy menu can be ordered anytime. Chewy fried pork dumplings, steamed green-tea duck dumplings and steamed Shanghai soup dumplings are all wonderful. Turnip cakes, vaguely reminiscent of hash browns, fulfill Sunday-morning starch cravings.
