The Parish

Casey Lane is doing a kinda British this at his new Downtown gastropub, but don't come looking for mushy peas and Welsh rarebit. Instead, Lane is cooking dishes like celery-root mash with harissa butter, pig's head pot pie, and a number gooey versions of the Quebecois dish poutine, including a plate of smothered fries garnished with fried oysters.
