After 15 years and an ownership change, E&O underwent a major remodel that swept away the Southeast Asian colors and lacquered bamboo and replaced them with cool grays and creams. Consulting chef Arnold Eric Wong has updated the menu, too, with more bar snacks, crudi served on pink salt blocks, and a wonderful Japanese-Korean "bop."
