With so many restaurants to choose from in Thai Town, why would anyone trek out to North Hollywood to check out a Thai spot? Because of the crispy rice salad served at Sri Siam, that's why. And the excellent kao soi. Oh, and order the beef salad too, which is particularly punchy and aggressively seasoned with nutty toasted rice powder.
