Outerlands
Outerlands is justly famous for its homey breakfasts and lunches, centered around David Muller's loaves of levain. But over the past year, dinner has become an altogether finer meal. Chef de cuisine Brett Cooper, a Coi veteran, has a knack for vegetable dishes, and his food seems to become more intricate with every passing month. Someday, perhaps, the restaurant might even take reservations.
