Blue Collar Becomes Pink Collar

Danny Serfer modifies the signage, uniforms and menu of his restaurant to honor his mother, Marsha, who died of breast cancer. "Pink Collar's" special menu includes Marsha's Salad and roasted prime rib au jus with rosemary-paprika potatoes (this dish on Sat. only). Proceeds from the dishes will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
