Getting out of bed in the morning just became easier now that Seamus Mullen has launched breakfast at his West Village Spanish spot. Everything we sampled on a recent visit wowed–including a green juice of parsley, kale, ginger, apple, lemon and honey, an Ibérico ham and Mahon cheese croissant, and house-made yogurt with toasted nuts and grains.
