George's Kitchen And The Loft

The latest restaurant by Georges-Eric Farge is now open in Midtown. Steven Rojas, who once worked at the Michelin-starred Saddle Peak Lodge in Malibu, is executive chef. Dishes include diver scallop and pork cheek with mustard jus, as well as kabocha squash agnolotti with poached egg.
