Gracias Madre

Whatever your thoughts about the Café Gratitude empire, it's hard not to warm to the food at sister restaurant Gracias Madre. Not only are the mushroom and the butternut squash tacos listed on the menu under their actual names, they're served on freshly made tortillas. The pozole is both brightly flavored and complex, as is the sauce on the enchiladas with mole. Side note: It's all vegan, if that matters to you.
