Add one more to the growing izakaya roster: Chef Brian Tsao (Telepan) and Chef Owen Wu (Nobu 57) are behind this new spot in the Flatiron. The menu includes a Kyoto sloppy joe of Kurobuta ground pork and sour mustard on a Hawaiian bun.
