Hirohisa

Hirohisa Hayashi brings Japanese surf 'n' turf to his eponymous Soho restaurant. Inspired by Hayashi's native town of Echizen, the menu has roasted miso-marinated lamb, grilled mackerel sushi and homemade plum wine.
