Bartender Brian Summers, whose resumé covers some of L.A.'s best bars, has launched a new cocktail program at Josef Centeno's restaurants Bäco Mercat and Bar Amá. At Bäco, try the "Blazing Saddles" made with bourbon, aged rum, toasted chili, lemon and fresh-pressed peaches.
