Lure Fishbar

The South Beach outpost of the NYC restaurant is now open. Chef/partner Josh Capon and executive chef Jeff Raider will oversee the menu, which includes steamed red snapper in red curry and a classic lobster roll. Robert Ferrara, former head mixologist at Swine Southern Table & BBQ, will oversee the bar.
