What's For Dinner: Pear Cocktail, Arctic Char And Truffles
Take to the kitchen to relive the 2015 VMAs
Not feeling inspired by your usual dishes? Here's what's for dinner.
In case you missed last night's MTV Video Music Awards, we're here to give you a rundown. It's been four years since Kanye West elevated the simple phrase "fish fillet" to infamy, but he's probably never tried it with these satisfying garlic- and basil-scented lentils. Imma let you finish, but this is the best broiled seafood dish of all time.
③ Dessert: Bourbon Balls
Nicki Minaj kicked off the night by performing a medley of hits—which sadly did not include "Truffle Butter." These truffles may not contain butter, but they make up for it with a strong pour of bourbon.
