Ingredients
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Ice
- ¼ ounce Maggi Liquid Seasoning
- ¼ ounce Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ ounce hot sauce
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- One 12-ounce can or bottle Modelo Especial beer
Directions
- To a small plate, add some salt and pepper. Dampen the rim of a 12-ounce glass with water, then twist the rim in the salt-and-pepper mixture.
- To the glass, add some ice, then add the Maggi, Worcestershire, hot sauce and lime juice. Top with the Modelo Especial and serve the remainder of the beer alongside the Michelada.
