Ingredients
- 1½ ounces gin
- 1 ounce Byrrh
- ½ ounce Salers gentian liqueur
- Ice
- Orange peel
Directions
- In a mixing glass, add the gin, Byrrh and Salers. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange peel. Serve.
