Ingredients
- 1½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce Aperol
- ¾ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- Ice
- Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Aperol, St-Germain, fresh grapefruit and lemon juices, and egg white. Add ice and shake until well mixed and emulsified. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the oils of a grapefruit twist.
