Get ready, NYC. The arrival of warm(ish) weather can mean only one thing (and we're not just talking about an overflow of pink wine): Smorgasburg's return to Brooklyn.

This year, the food fest in Williamsburg and Prospect Park is adding more than a dozen new vendors to its lineup. Be on the lookout for the deep-fried cookie dough from DŌ's collaboration with Big Mozz. Meanwhile, Bonsai Kakigori is importing a vintage ice-shaving machine for Japanese-style shave ice in flavors like strawberries and cream and matcha persimmon.
Other new bites to look forward to include shawarma tacos from Boutros and shabaleys, Himalayan hand pies being made by Nepalese native Kunsang Lama at Himalayan Horizon. If you're willing to spend a few extra bucks, Yoshimoto Fish Company is loading up its donburi rice bowls with fatty tuna, salmon and sea urchin.
And if you still need convincing that this outdoor food market can't keep up with your favorite NYC restaurant, Lobsterdamus is traveling across the country to prove you wrong. The L.A.-based stall is grilling the crustaceans whole before slathering them with herb butter and resting them on a bed of noodles.
