Sure, Pícan is serious about their fried chicken—it's garlic-brined and double-dredged, extra tender and supremely crispy—but they pay plenty of attention to their sides as well, like creamy mac 'n' cheese spiked with smoked Gouda and slow-braised collard greens seasoned with savory cooked onions and smoked brisket.
