While it's true that history often repeats itself, that doesn't mean you need to finish the pizza you got last night at 2 a.m.
Instead, drag yourself out of bed and get rewarded with a recovery brunch on Sunday, October 26, from noon to 3 p.m. at Salt Air in Venice. Get your tickets ($25 each, plus tax) and treat yourself to a three-course family-style meal of brunch classics from chef Greg Daniels, supplemented by unlimited ice-cold pale ale.
Start off with house-made gravlax with mixed greens, chilies, capers, shallots, black bread and fromage blanc. Then it's time for the the main course: sausage, egg and cheese biscuits with house-made cheddar biscuits, pork sausage, caramelized onions, Sriracha ketchup, fried egg and roasted baby potatoes. Save room for French toast sticks with maple-glazed bacon, cinnamon sugar and seasonal fruit, and don't forget to wash everything down with some nice cold brews. Check out the full menu!
