On the heels of Red Medicine's closure comes the opening of another taste of Southeast Asia. At Hutchinson, Noah Ellis and co. debut a menu of Indonesian plates—green curry fried chicken ($22), bami noodles ($26) and lobster tom kha ($21)—alongside wood-fire-grilled steaks. The swank East-meets-West steakhouse also offers a bar menu of small bites (hello, beef rendang), wines by the glass, local brews and cocktails. Slide into one of the deep black leather banquettes and enjoy.
