Churchill Unfiltered
- 1 1/2 oz Belvedere Unfiltered
- 1/2 oz Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz olive brine
- 3 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
- Lemon twist
Combine Belvedere Unfiltered, Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, olive brine, and bitters in a cocktail pitcher over ice. Stir well and strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
